Denise Moran

Denise qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and worked in family law at city centre firm until her move to join Maguire Family Law in January 2017. Denise has many years of experience in dealing with all aspects of family law and is well known for expertise in divorce and complicated and high value financial cases including cases involving trusts, internationally held assets and companies.  Denise also frequently assists clients in the protection of their wealth by drafting and negotiating prenuptial agreements.

Denise also has considerable experience in dealing with issues relating to children particularly with regard to where they should spend their time and relocation. Denise provides practical and commercial advice to her clients, but is known for her sensitive approach towards her clients. She is ranked as a leading ‘next generation partner’ in the Legal 500 directory.
