Introduction

There are a number of different types of maintenance. In summary this can be broken down into:

  • spousal maintenance
  • child maintenance
  • school fees

Maintenance issues are unnecessarily complicated. This has largely come about by the legal overlap between the courts and the Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission or the Child Support Agency.
